I want to make a 12' x 16' Barn Shed but I don't have a lot of help for raising the walls. So I was wondering if I could build them in 4' x 8' sections by framing a sheet of plywood and then raising each panel separately and then connecting them together as I go along? I know the front that will have the double doors will have to be built as a complete unit but the rest I want to build in sections. I will cover the joints with vertical trim after I assemble the walls. I am thinking of tilt-up construction as an example. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
