Hello everyone! I'm Erik, I have plans to build a Gambrel roof structure based off the shed plans sometime in the next couple of years as funds permit. I'm hoping to do the work myself to keep costs down and also learn some new skills.
My shed is really intended to be more of a schoolhouse. We have four kids that we are homeschooling and we don't have a designated school area. Someday I will though! I'm thinking it will be a 16x32 gambrel roof shed. The area is cleared, next step is to get the concrete pad poured. Before that i'd like to draw up plans with an architect. I want the flexibility to classify the building as an ADU.
