Can a garage be built on a wood floor and still hold vehicles?

Absolutely. There are no changes to the plans except substitute the wood floor for the concrete slab. Below is a photo of a display garage that we built on my shed building lot. I parked 2 vehicles in it for years. Then I sold the demo.

If you look closely you will see the blocks and skids rather than a concrete slab.
