Hello! I'm gathering up materials estimates for a 10x12 or 12x12 gambrel shed. We will be finishing the inside to use as a hangout spot/pottery studio. Would using the OSB & CDX counts be a good proxy for how many pieces of sheetrock to get? Flooring is easy enough. Assuming (but not sure) studs are 16" OC at this size shed? (thinking ahead for insulation). Thanks.
