24 inches o.c. on 16 inches o.c walls

Is it okay to have 24 inches on center trusses on 16 inches on center walls? Will the load of the roof still transfer correctly. Building a 10x 20 barn

Yes the different spacing will work just fine. The building is small enough that the roof load isn't an issue. If you are building with double top plates then that is the standard for most codes as most walls are 16in oc and most trusses are 24in oc. However due to the small size of sheds, even a 10x20 with single top plates will be sufficient for the different spacings.
